I do not have a fitting yet clever title to this post.

Can anyone tell what the anime inspiration for this photo was?
Kinda creepy, huh? 8D
I took a picture of myself and turned me into a Diclonius from Elfen Lied with gimp. o3o
I've actually never watched that anime, but I've read episode recaps and the plot is amaaaaazing :o
Sadly, I've never watched a horror movie. T-T
But yeahh. I have another piece of artwork that I did yesterday, but I'm not allowed to use it outside my dA account, so here's the link: http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/119/8/8/Alice_by_UsadaPyo.jpg
Today, I'm supposed to go on an eco-tour in a bay. We might see sea turtles. This entire vacation has been a dream. I keep expecting myself to wake up.

With fronds like these...

Okay, so I've been at the beach for four days now.
Today, we drove for about an hour and a half just to get ice cream.
And then we went to this huge, extremely familiar looking playground that was made entirely out of wood and thin sheets of metal. I kept having pangs of nostalgia and deja vu.
One of the funniest things about it was that there was one of those tic-tac-toe spinny things, except it had different letters of the alphabet on it. It was fun making awkward phrases like 'Hot Nip Man,' 'Zip Pat Lap,' and so on and so forth.

We noticed that there was a bay sort of thing there, so we walked over. It was beautiful, so we tried to get closer, but it was really muddy. We got in it anyway.

The first thing we noticed were these clear squishy things, and we thought they were jellyfish. They didn't have tentacles, so we picked them up. It was funny.
"Eww, it's so cute!" "Awww, it's disgusting!" "Gross, it broke. Poor baby."
It turned out they were egg cases, and we were majorly creeped out then.
I got pinched by crabs about twenty times trying to pick them up, but I ignored the pain. I think that ticked them off.
Me and one of my many little sisters found something that looked like this:
And we thought it was adorable, so we called to our mom saying, "Mom! Come here! It's a thingy!"
She didn't believe us for a second, so at the very moment she came over, the cute little guy went down a hole. Sea creatures are not fond of my mom.

Anyway, I'm about to go watch some sea turtles, so yeah.

Old Manips

This is an old manipulation I made when I had just learned about the 'Overlay' setting.
I never posted it to any of my sites, therefore, it's pretty much new.

I can't remember the location of the stock image D:

Nightmare

[The following photo is slightly macabre, so be prepared.]

Since I can't ever sleep, I barely ever have any good dreams--or bad dreams, for that matter. So I create my own.
I'm most inspired by musical projects like Owl City, Swimming With Dolphins, and Port Blue, as well as some movies like Avatar, Alice in Wonderland, Ponyo n stuffs.
(Don't tell me that those are completely unrelated unless you want to suffer the pain of watching an obese pink bunny eat cupcakes right before your eyes. Oh, and he doesn't share.)

I don't know what disturbed state I was in when I made this.
It was obiously after I got over my intense fear of severed limbs.
I guess that makes me a huge hypocrite. xD

Cheezburger Networks

There are some interesting sites I visit when I'm bored.
You all remember Lolcats, right? Those were cheesy.
I found some other ICanHasCheezburger sites that were entertaining, cute, funny, stupid, all of the above.
1.

http://epicute.com/ - Pretty much a blog about cute food and cool designs on food. There's another one similar to it called http://myfoodlooksfunny.com/ .

2.

http://failblog.org/ - Epic fail. The two awesomest words on teh interwebbz. Now in gallery form.

3.

http://engrishfunny.com/ - Asian translation fails.

4.

http://friendsofirony.com/ - Juxtaposition and irony wins.

You're on your own for the others, because I'm sort of in a hurry.
Okay, that was a lie.
But have fun~

-You're all I need for warmth-

One of the first original songs I ever wrote.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2Kij20Q5Dw
When I finally get a time set up to record in one of the two recording studios I've been offered to use, this is going to be the third track. I'm working on a new song called City Lights, which will be the first track, and it has lyrics as well, but I am not completely done recording it. The entire EP will be about six tracks, all of an electro/synth-pop genre.
The track listing so far is:
- City Lights
- Leave With What You Have
- Waves of Snow
- Our Heartbeat
- Starburst
- Silent Echoes [preview - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XSq0zRNd4M]

It's kinda fun because my family likes them as well. xD
Oh, and if you didn't notice, the video covers are my artwork.

Your lungs .c.r.y.s.t.a.l.i.z.e.

[Paint runs from your mouth like a waterfall.]
Lots of my surreal artwork has a song linked to it; preferedly a blurry, fuzzy song where you can imagine the objects depicted in an abstract way.
This is for a song called The Tip of the Iceberg.
When I do my art, I try to keep it simple, but then I end up adding too many decorations, which makes it look too busy. I need to work on that.

I Am Me

There is no other way I know how to start a random blog without introducing myself.
I will not just start listing facts about me, as the few people who are reading this will learn more about me in future posts.
But I will say that my name is not Bob.
And I, non-Bob, am inspired by my supernatural creator in heaven, abstract thoughts, dreams, and music.
If you have dared to follow this strange, surreal, distant, and random blog, then I congratulate you.
Daredevil.
